Friends around the world.
Today's watchtower goes hand in hand with what Ive seen here in Puerto Rico. I think coming from Kansas its harder to see how we have an international brotherhood but we truly do!! This last weekend I met so many brothers and sisters from all of the world!! Ones from Brazil, Panama, Vermont, and even from New york. They all showed that love that everyone talks about and even though it was hard to communicate with some we had smiles and warm hugs. Thank you Jehovah for our brotherhood :D
Working on thw kingdom hall :)
So for memorial they are having both English and Spanish so we are hoping that a lot will come. So to prepare for next month we cleaned every inch of the hall and plants new plants. Next week we will have a new sign. If you look at the old one see what you can find :P

Zone meeting Sunday Feb 17th 2013
The zone meeting was amazing. Not even words can describe how amazing it was!!! I tried taking really good notes so when I get home you guys can read through them, but for now ill just bring out a few points and what I liked...
So to start the meeting they interviewed 2 brothers who have been faithfully serving Jehovah for over 60 years!!
One brother(Brother Trumon) came to Puerto Rico in 1946 when there were a total of 2 congregations, 25 publishers and 10 missionary's on all of Puerto Rico. He helped establish the very first Puertorican branch!!! How amazing hu?!
Then another brother named Brother Parking graduated from Gilead and came to Puerto Rico in 1953 and got married. When he came there was a total of 657 publishers. He started to cry when he started explaining that as he has grows older he has seen young boys turn into men and still are faithful to Jehovah and that's what keeps him going and that now there are close to 20 thousand publishers in all of Puerto Rico. He was very encouraging to the young ones because no matter how young you are you still are a blessing to Jehovah and encourage all around so never forget that!!
Lastly there was a talk entitled "will you keep ascending Jehovah's highest mountain?"
It brought out a very good point about return visits. When you are writing that note for that return how do you view that peace of paper with that persons information? As just a peace of paper? Or do you view it as a life that needs to be saved?! If you think about it on average each and everyone of us have 900 people who do not know the truth and need to be saved. So how are they to ascend this mountain if we don't show them?!
The rest of the talk highlighted four other areas we must watch in order to keep climbing this mountain.
1) our thoughts- Think of our minds as a private room that only you and Jehovah have a key for, now what does Jehovah see when he enters that room?
2) our speak- Eph 4:25,26
3) maintain fine conduct- 1 Pet 2:12
4) Preach with zeal- the brother brought out about higher education. Could you ever view this work as a higher education?! And might I add its something free of charge?!
So that was from the 3 in a half hour visit :D I was truly blessed to go and Jehovah encouraged me greatly.
Oh and in the last picture it was showing our amazing adventure of breaking into a sisters house :D haha she locked the keys in the house but it was fun!! Almost got eaten by the dog, stepped in poop and set off the house alarm but it was awesome! Haha
Thats it for now :D
